2nd-5th GRADE SUMMER FUN DAY!

Wednesday August 13th; 8:30am-5:30pm | We are excited for a fun summer fun day with our going into 2nd-5th graders before school starts! We are headed to the Otter Tail area and will serve at the Becker County Food pantry, mini golf near Battle Lake, eat a fun lunch at Otter Tail's Zorbaz and get wet at the New Fergus Falls Aquatics Center! Cost includes any cost for activities, lunch and snacks. $25 due for this program. Talk to Laura with any questions. We hope you can join us!

Parental Permission
By entering my name in the box below, I am providing my digital signature on this form and give my child(ren) permission to participate in the elementary extravaganza and leave Trinity's grounds. I give permission to the Trinity staff to seek necessary medical treatment in case of illness or injury. I also give Trinity Lutheran Church permission to use any photograph/video of my child taken during this program in the future promotion of Trinity.
 
 
Payment
