2nd-5th Grade 2025 MEA Elementary Extravaganza!

Wednesday, October 15th; 8:30am-5:00pm | K-8th grade has Wednesday of MEA week off so we are planning an elementary extravaganza day for our 2nd-5th graders! We will be heading to Fargo/Moorhead for the day to serve at Churches United, have some fun at Kingpinz and try to get out of the Great Maze! Cost includes any cost for activities, lunch and snacks. $30 due for this program. Talk to Laura with any questions. We hope you can join us!

Parental Permission
By entering my name in the box below, I am providing my digital signature on this form and give my child(ren) permission to participate in the elementary extravaganza and leave Trinity's grounds. I give permission to the Trinity staff to seek necessary medical treatment in case of illness or injury. I also give Trinity Lutheran Church permission to use any photograph/video of my child taken during this program in the future promotion of Trinity.
 
 
Payment
The cost for the day is $30/child.
