On Wednesday, June 17th our VBS program will go out into the community for service projects! It is a favorite every year! To make it work we also need volunteers to go with the different groups. The time frame is from 12-3pm that afternoon.

Parental Permission

By signing this form, I give my child permission to attend VBS, participate in all associated events both on-site and off, and authorize the Luther Crest staff & Trinity staff to seek necessary medical treatment in case of injury or illness. I understand Luther Crest assumes secondary insurance coverage; the child’s family assumes primary coverage. I also give Trinity Lutheran Church and Luther Crest permission to use any photographs, video and electronic images of my child taken at VBS in the future promotion of Trinity or Luther Crest.
